We’ve spent over two years working on our product recipes, trying and trying again with the commitment to produce top shelf, ultra premium Connecticut spirits; and to do it in a way that is cost effective so you can actually afford it! The goal is for our spirits to represent a time when things were pure, simple and well made.

So far we've released Onyx Moonshine, made with our own secret recipe from an authentic prohibition era recipe. We’ll be as active as possible throughout Connecticut, participating in tastings, supporting farmers markets, and of course joining you at parties whenever possible!
